Let me just begging with the fact it is a hard one to review your favourite place in Leeds City Centre.

I've visited Pintura Kitchen on Tuesday 2nd of February with 2 friends of mine. (It was my idea to have lunch there) I must say, it is the place I feel most comfortable.

We arrived at 13:30 for lunch for those of you who havent been there obviously now is the time to let you know, YOU ARE MISSING OUT (big times).

Located in Trinity, Leeds  Pintura has Gin bar in the basement which is a bit small for busy nights however it is very cousy and really nice, with great selection of cocktails with prices from £7.50 - £13.95 and of course great selection of Gins.

Moving forward I was greated on the door by one of the senior staff who offered to take my jacked, massive "+" for those of us who like to feel importand (that's everyone) then I sat down on the table were my friends were.

The place were nicely busy not over corwded with one waiting staff on the floor and another person behind the bar helping with the drinks was pretty organised. The waitress was lovely called Jasmine (look out for her) she did walk us through the specials of the day nice and easy as they were written on both boards each side of the wall.

Pintura Kitchen is Tapas Restaurant (Basically small plates) or otherwise you need around 3 dishes and you will be full, I think thats the magic about this place so you can have a bit of everything quick example what we ordered on the top of my head.

PAN CON TOMATE (V) £2.50
SPANISH TOMATO BREAD, GARLIC, OLIVE OIL

ALBONDIGAS £4.95
CLASSIC SPANISH MEATBALLS, TOMATO & ROAST CHILLI SAUCE

PATATAS BRAVAS (V) £3.95
CLASSIC FRIED POTATOES, ‘SAUCE FOR THE BRAVE’

Special Chicken, Forgot the name and the price .... Opss

RISOTTO VASCO £4.95
BASQUE-STYLE RISOTTO, SMOKED CHEESE, TRUFFLE OIL

POLLO A LA PARRILLA £5.95
GRILLED CORN-FED CHICKEN, CLASSIC ROMESCO SAUCE

CRUJIENTE DE PANCETA £5.95
CRISPY BELLY BACON, APPLE PUREE

GAMBAS A LA PLANCHA £7.95
TIGER PRAWNS, OLIVE OIL, GARLIC, CHILLI

The food is served as soon as is ready not all together which could be annoying sometimes if you are the person with the dishes that taking the most time however there is nothing bad I can say about the food as I truly think it is amazing and it is cooked in front of you by 2 chefs.

After the meal we had a coffe which was really nice cappucino made really good

The final bill was £57 including the 10% Tip which is added automaticly (make sure you read the botton of the menu) between 3 of us thats £20 per person which is great value for money including 2 botles of still water.

The only critics I can have are the following

1st There is no Mobile Reception once you are inside the restaurant so if someone try to call you ... well they wont ?!

2nd The 10% gratuity, I find it frustrating that the restaurant policy is to push you have to leave 10% of your bill because you have been looked after, fair to say it is nice to tip if your service was good however how can you be sure that is happening all the time? well I shall leave this for the owner of the business and the Managers that are dealing with the unhappy customers, I just think is too cheeky for table under 6 people to charge 10% gratuity.

Overall: 9 / 10
Location: 10/10
Service: 10/10 <- Jasmine was great

Food: 10/10
Value: 10/10
